Here is an ab exercise that I am currently using weight resistance with to help further the development of my lower abdominal region. The key here is to keep the lower back rounded against the bench to keep as much hip flexor out of the movement as possible and activate the lower abs to lift the weight.

Here I'm doing an excerise of skull crushers. I like doing these on a decline bench because i feel like I can put my tricep in a deeper stretch for more development. This was my third set and I was only able to get 4 (after getting 5 the previous two sets).

Here I've updated my form on these since I last posted myself doing this exercise. I can tell a big difference in the way my calf is developing now that I've slowed the tempo down AND held the count at the bottom for 3 seconds - taking the elasticity of my achilles tendon out of the movement.

Just a solid set. I felt form was on point too. I will tell you that on the last rep, I almost blacked out (lost some vision) because I was literally on fumes. Still got the rep though and lowered it with authority!

Simply phenomenal! I will let the video speak for itself. I nailed a SOLID deep set of 475 for 5 reps (just as planned) and felt good enough afterwards to throw on 5 plates and bust out 3 SOLID deep reps. When I was finished, my glutes, hamstrings, quads, everything felt like my form was spot on. These sets got me PUMPED!
