You will be planting a bomb on his car. For those who had trouble with this mission, the trick is that it won't let you do it while the gaurd is watching the car. The vid starts with dropping off sam and paul(they won't do the lucas mission with you). For the lucas mission you have to dump a hot car off the cliffs into the ocean, dam cops screw with you good.
