In October 1993 Flying Scotsman was the star attraction at the Gloucester and Warwickshire Railway. It was in its double chimney and smoke deflector phase at the time. It was also before Health and Safety had been inflicted on us all, just look at all the people enjoying themselves wandering about as they pleased.

Duchess of Hamilton tackles Hatton Bank again

Shot taken at Budbrooke 17th Nov 1994. 6229 returning to the north after various workings down south, including Stratford-on-Avon. The shot is extended to savour the sound as the Duchess storms up the bank and out of sight. Good distant views of the tower of St Mary's church at Warwick and Caesars Tower at Warwick Castle.

Black Prince 2-10-0 and Jinty Steam Locos at Toddington

David Shepherd's locomotive Black Prince was running on the Gloucestershire & Warwickshire Railway in November 1998, minus it's nameplate. There are also shots of Jinty 47383, not in steam. The 2-10-0 pulls it's train out of Toddington and then we see it from the roadway emerging from Winchcomb station, which was the end of the line in those days.
