I dunno why I never noticed that Luv It! sampled it before. Probably because he used a loop from the instrumental version (which I had never heard before). It's great that two different songs can sample the same tune but sound so different and wonderful at the same time.

This is one of my favorite tracks from Paul Johnson's Feel The Music LP that came out in 1996. It's really a turning point in his music, and it's interesting to hear funky house loops mingle with classic chicago sounds on the first disc.
This is the last track on the album, and it's a lot closer to the style he'd cultivate for years to come.
